I was very happy with the inspection that Tim did on our new home in 2023. He gave us great information about our house. And honest recommendations on how to go about any issues. Over a year later, our toddler was having issues sleeping and seemed sick often. We were concerned about mold. I didn't know who else to call, so I called Tim at Peak home inspections. I explained what was going on, and Tim came by the next day in between appointments and inspected the house for signs of mold, at no charge. He said that if he were in my position, he would want help too. Although he didn't find evidence of mold, he recommended a local company with the proper testing equipment, if we still wanted that. Tim is a great guy who runs a great business.

Tim Neal did a very thorough inspection of the new home that we are considering buying in the Bellemont area. He has a good eye for pointing out deficiency details that we missed as potential home buyers. Using his list of building deficiencies we were easily able to create a BINSR for the sellers with our agent. Tim did a great job of answering our questions during the on-site walkthrough. In addition, he is available afterwards should you have any questions or concerns about the inspection report. The reporting software is easy to read and includes plenty of digital photos.
